Reckoning by Kerry Wilkinson

Silver Blackthorn, like all other sixteen year-olds in England, must take the Reckoning to determine her place in society as either an Elite, Member, Inter, or Trog. In Silver's mind there is no question she'll be a Member, one of the citizens who works to create useful tools and innovative technology. But this is also the year that her district must provide an Offering to the King. But what happens to the teenagers who enter the castle at Windsor? Is it the life of prestige everyone believes or is there another truth hiding behind the castle walls? When Silver finds herself facing suspicion and fear from all sides, it's hard to know who are friends and who are enemies. But one thing Silver knows for sure is that she must untangle the web and expose the spider underneath for all to see.

This is a good read if you enjoy dystopian fiction with a little drama and intrigue.
